Static Carnival Technologies Limited, trading as Leo's GCSEs, acts as the Data Controller for your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: We collect your email address via Firebase Authentication.
• Study Data: We store your selected GCSE exam boards, subjects, and full study history (questions and AI responses) in Firestore.
• Usage Data: We track monthly request counts to manage Annual Pass limits.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use industry-standard processors to provide the service:

• Google Firebase: For secure authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing of Annual Passes. We do not store your credit card details.
• Google Gemini API: Your study questions are processed by Google to generate tutoring responses.

4. Retention and Annual Pass Expiry

We retain your study history and profile data while your account is active. Upon the expiry of an Annual Pass, your account will transition to the free "Foundation" tier, and your data will remain accessible. Data is retained until you explicitly request its deletion. Please note that if your account remains idle for a consecutive period of 12 months, we will provide prior notice and subsequently initiate the permanent deletion of your account and associated data on your behalf.

5. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can download a copy of your study data directly from your Dashboard settings.
